"Super impressed. Several lights just stopped working for no reason today, so we called Patriot Power near San Jose in the hope someone could come out to take a look. Not only did Derek answer his phone immediately and come out the same day, he came late in the evening (he had other work commitments more north and came after- so happy he could fit us in!). Electrician Derek worked steadily for several hours, trying everything he could, to fix the problem. Slowly, our lights came on (its was an electrical problem within our walls, not a simple fix like a burned out breaker fuse) and now instead of a good chunk of our house being without lights or power, we have just one outlet in a bathroom not working (which he's coming back to fix soon). Highly, highly recommend. Great service, upbeat personality, reasonably priced!"

My San Jose technician updated me on when he would arrive and showed up on time and made quick work of my electrical issue. I picked his brain a little bit for a future project, I want to add a battery back up for my house. We are still working out logistics, but I will most likely be hiring him for this larger project based on his expertise and professionalism."

Daric is an outstanding young man! He was quick to respond in San Jose. Came out and figured out my mom's issues and quickly repaired them at a fair and reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and hire him. You will not be disappointed. He is very easy to talk to and explains everything he does. Great customer service!
